For behind-the-ear hearing aid styles, the wax filter is located either in the receiver or in the mould.
For in-the-ear hearing aid styles, the wax filter is located in the hearing aid body.
Each wax filter removal tool has two pins. One pin is empty, for removing the old wax filter, and one has a new wax filter attached.
