How to unpair TV Adapter or EduMic devices using the app

If your hearing aids are connected to TV Adapter or EduMic devices that you no longer want to use, you can unpair them with the app.

Note that this action removes all stored pairings from your hearing aids. You must pair your devices again.

Pair your hearing aids with your phone or device

Once you have downloaded the Oticon Companion app, you need to pair your hearing aids with your device.

How to pair your hearing aids with other devices

Tap the Sound icon at the bottom left of your screen (on the tab bar) to access sound controls.

Tap the TV Adapter/EduMic program tile.

On the tab bar, tap the three dots (...) to show all available buttons.

On the bottom, above the tab bar, tap the Devices button.

On the list of devices tap Learn more.

On the Your devices screen, scroll to the bottom and tap Remove devices.

Tap Remove devices a second time to confirm that you want to unpair all your connected TV Adapter/EduMic devices.
