How to pair your hearing aids with an Android™ device

You can pair selected Android phones or tablets with your hearing aids. This will allow you to enjoy streaming audio such as phone calls, music or podcasts, using your hearing aids as wireless headphones.

Before you start

1

Oticon hearing aids can pair directly to selected Android phones and tablets. Pairing the hearing aids and installing the Oticon Companion on your device allows you to adjust the sound

Oticon hearing aids can also enable you to stream music and audio to your hearing aids from Android.  To do this directly, your Android device must support Bluetooth LE Audio or Audio Streaming for Hearing Aids (ASHA). Select Android phones with Bluetooth LE Audio can also enable you to have hands-free calls. If your device does not support LE Audio or ASHA technology, you will need an accessory such as ConnectClip or Easy LE Adapter to enable audio streaming from your hearing aids.
