  • > What happens if ConnectClip is out of range of my hearing aids?

    • If connection is lost while in remote microphone mode, the hearing aids will return to P1 after 90 seconds.

    • If you were in another program (e.g. P2) and out of range, they will stay in that program (e.g. P2) after 90 seconds.

    • ConnectClip will turn off if your hearing aids are out of range for more than 30 minutes. In this case, the hearing aids will go back to the program they were in before switching to streaming from ConnectClip.
  • > What happens when the hearing aids are back in range of ConnectClip?

    • If returning into range before 90 seconds, your hearing aids will automatically reconnect, and streaming will resume. Your hearing aids will still be in the same program.

    • If returning after 90 seconds:

      • If you lost connection while in remote microphone mode, when you reconnect, the hearing aids will be in P1 and you will need to manually switch back to the remote microphone mode.

      • If you were in another program (e.g. P2), when you reconnect, the hearing aids will still be in that program and streaming will resume automatically.

    • If returning after more than 30 minutes, you will find ConnectClip turned off. You will need to turn it back on and wait for reconnection to your hearing aids.

*Note that the presence of other Bluetooth devices or WiFi routers in your environment may cause signal interference, a decrease in sound quality or reduce the range between ConnectClip and your hearing aids.
